swelling on lips during meals , denoting some kind allergy, did you ever have this kind of allergy on your lips?
sometime it happens in winter, lack of water intake causes allergy of any kind specially
in elders.
2ndly you must check what did you have in lunch today ,and keep checking for furthermore days to figure out the main reason.
