my alkaline phosphatase level is high...feeling bone pain also...weakness...or tiredness...but my PCR is negative.Suggest me suggestions.

how much is high?? and what about other LFT levels ??

I did ultrasound last Saturday....but it's to be normal...just fatty liver comment was by ultrasound specialist
