Talk to General Physician on Leg Strain And Swelling

Dear drs. My mother is a stroke patient on right side. She lives in a remote area and unable to walk by self. Few days back she had a strain on right leg and foot while going to toilet. It has gone 20 days and still there is a swelling on ankle and leg and makes pain while moving and she can’t walk tight now due to this swelling . Kindly suggest us medicine/treatment if possible.
