My mother has this leg pain usually all the time and her legs are swollen some of the people who saw it call it 'varham' but it pains alot and besides her blood pressure rises most of the time and she is lacking calcium too.

She should have serum urea and creatinine checked. And there are some b.p medication that cause swelling of leg. Is swelling pitting or non. Pitting. If calcium is low then give her  tab.cacli D and milk .
