Talk to General Physician on Left Arm Pain After Sneezing

so other than constant fatigue and depression.. i am experiencing this continuous slight pain in my left arm.. just above the elbow.. it travels down from neck.. and the severity of pain increases whenever i sneeze.. i get a painful shiver which travels down to shoulders then left arm .. a layer of pain till elbow and below the elbow painful pinching type pain. attached is a pic i found on internet describing my problem in best visual way. Please advice. Thank you
