Not true

asa we were being suggested to go for removal cyst but later on 2nd ultrasound from renowned lab it turns out to be water cyst Abt 9 cm.. n they advised it will be disolved naturally in 2 months.. though some one have suggested for alpha fetroprotien, bhcg and CA 125 test .. would u agree.. or can we skip bhcg ? or any other suggestion.. would be really helpful.
