Talk to General Physician on Jerking In Legs And Disturbance In Speech

PROBLEM: My mother felt jerking in legs from 3-5 am on 21st May. One leg was feeling the effect at one time and there was interval of about few minutes b/w those jerking movements. Both legs felt the effect. Ammi is feeling tightness (khichao) in lower legs while walking. Her voice has also changed a little that we also noticed in her high BP days.

My mother is also diabetic, on insuline.

Her BP remained very high from 9th May to 19th May, varying from 200/100 to 160/85. Today's BP is 155/80. She is taking Norvasc 10mg at night, Ascard 75 mg and telfast 60mg in morning.

She had dry cough for which she took AZOMAX 500 mg on 19th May

20th May: Azomax 500mg and Telfast 60 mg

She also took norvasc 5mg in morning and 10 mg at night. She "ate 1 bit size piece of fish" that night.

Kindly guide me if she need any tests or treatment on urgent basis? IS IT ANY KIND OF EMERGENCY? Or it might be any kind of side effect?
