IVF, TYPHOID

Question

I started ivf last year. After 1st injection of menogone fever started. On 2nd day it rises to 102 103. After 4 injections drs call off the ivf and ask me to do tests. Typhoid was diagnosed. I completed my medications. Now I started ivf again . Same with 1st injection fever started but not very high. And again diagnosed typhoid. After 8 days of injections ivf call off. My amh level is also very low. For typhoid I m taking medications. Cefixime 400mg one daily for 14 days, Azithromycin 250mg 1+1 daily for one week. What should I do to avoid typhoid and good IVF procedure.

Typhidot and Widal is not recommended in new protocols due to its low sensitivity. Get the blood culture done. Do your sensitivity testing before antibiotic use otherwise its of no use.
