my 1year child has iron Deficiency countinu vomiting without fever and she didn't take milk and anything for eating . ferritin test results is 2.1 only. orally medicine we are using (fersoft) some for vetamin (E). but results are (0) for this have any other treatment?
use anti emetic syrup domperidone 2 ml 8 hrly
ferrous sulphate drops 5 drops 12 hrly
give cooked soyabee/lentils/spanich/beef half cup cooked

she's trying to eat hair and clothes but we tried to keep away like these things. but now she's have vomiting and don't taking milk ? r any food. that's way i am worries
