She is suffering iron deficiency anemia
Start with tab iberet 200mg x bd
Tab folic acid 5mg x bd for 1 month
Incase of headache give only panadol
Increased her dietary habbit
Eat dates apple and incrsed water fluid intake after 1 month repeat her cbc thank kindly give feedback about her condition

Iron deficiency anaemia likely. Headache may be unrelated to anaemia which is not very marked. Deworm her also apart from Iron supplements

Dear pt sibling she suffered iron Def anemia due to this she often get fainted or may become weakness
Her ferritin level is too low
If u want then do her iron or tibc level too
I don't think so she is thalessimia minor
And ur next qurey is she is getting fatty day by day so that's another issue
She needs work up for that
Try to resolve first issue after that we will see another issue she is suffering thanks consult marham start with iron therapy first

mild deficiency. right now hot season may be she developed heat exhaustion so givr her ORS. and tab pramata F . injection sangobion . but it should be under supervision of doctor and in hospital

There is iron deficiency anemia , now question arises what has caused it , is there any sinister disease going on? History is not enough , will need further evaluation . Increasing weight? How much in how many months , appetite ? Nasal discharge and sometimes bloody discharge ?how long and how much , how many times a day. How old patient is ?
I can suggest test but need further history and examination to decide the way forward
