It Starts pain on the left lower abdominal near the navel when consuming an apple, white bread it causes loose motion however, loose motion is not that severe I face it only once a day. My consultant advised me to take colofac and librax tablets and not to take milk. I have lost 2 kg ever since when I had visited the doctor first time, before visiting the doctor I guess I have lost more than this. I'm 44 kg now and my weight isn't increasing. Any diet plans I don't know what to eat and what to prevent.
