i have this hard lump at back of my neck for about months now. i thought it will go away by its self but now it has started to hurt a little bit. can someone guide me what to do ?

It’s most probably Sebaceous Cyst. It’s not dangerous but if infected can cause you pain and then needs surgery and antibiotics.
plz do ultrasound for this
You may need antibiotic if it is getting painful and inflammed
you should Cap Valocef 500mg thrice and Tab Brufen 400 thrice
if does not go away or size increases then you consult a general surgeon
