Talk to General Physician on I B S Type Condition

I ,ve faced constipation type condition or problems in washroom for some weeks .Then I used dopholec syrup some days ago .After which I,m doing pee 3 or 4 times daily .I ,ve also faced chest pain during this period due to diabetic metabolic conditions .After defolac once approx 15 m l chest pain has been minimized but gas problem has re emerged .
