dear doctors a patient have the problem of a huge volume of gase productions for a few years according to the patient after meal immediately my stomach becomes full of gases and fell like my belly pulling out. He also use some medication but the problem remaining the same.Now he is very uncomfortable b/c of this problem.he is also recently about of 10 months became a patient of diabetes and BP.pz what should he used the very best?Thanks in advance for your's worthy time.

Give Tab. zopent 40mg before breakfast and Tab Ganaton OD 150mg prior to breakfast also. Take these meds for 2 weeks. Decrease coffee and tea intake.
Monitor BP and blood sugar at home.
Follow up after 2 weeks.
