Talk to General Physician on Hot Sensation Under Thigs

Aoa.. I have a problem since 6 month i feel hot sensation under my thighs, i visit two time for my doctor he said its fungus . He give me antifungal careem but not relief. its very irritating in day time when i sit and work. please tell me whats this n how can i relief for this problem. Regard, Usman 03214517573
Salaam Usman. Hot sensation under thigh is a very vague complaint and I doubt if anyone can offer reasonable hwlp on that. Is there a rash, discoloration or itching there? Is it on one thigh or both?
Did you see a dermatologist (skin specialist) for your problem or was the cream prescribed by a GP?
In my humble opinion you need to see a dermatologist. But general precautions to avoid skin irritation in humid weather are to towel dry yourself thoroughly after a bath especially in the armpits, dips above elbow, navel, in skin folds on tummy if you have a tummy bulge, groins and behind the thighs, knees and legs.
Use talcum powder if it doesn't irritate you. Wear lose clothing, not tight stuff and avoid rugged jeans.
If you feel excessive dryness, try an organic oil like olive instead of creams.
If all of this does not seem to work within three to four days, see a dermatologist. I hope this helps.

Never feel pain only irritating heat sensation ....
