Asking for Mother, Female, 52 years old, Karachi
My mother in law have fever since Thursday.. Sometime its really high like 103 and 104 and sometime its normal, sometime she feels shivering during fever, she also have problem of balgham, she is taking zetro 500 mg from yesterday once a day for 5 days.. Malaria dengue and typhoid test are negative.. But condition is not getting better. What should i do?

tab cefspan 400 mg daily once
tab evion 200 mg daily once
tab surbex z daily once
tab fexet 120 mg twice daily
improve diet
increase water intake
follow up again after these tests and will further guide you in management if necessary
