Dnt worry. its pretty normal. give him Syrup febrol every 6 hours. if he vomits , give him again after 10 to 15 minutes. wet towel ya cloth se fever settle kren. high grade fever se bhi vomiting ho jati he. it will take 2 to 3 days to get fever settle down.
