Ur blood pressure reading is very high
Try to go to emergency unit for proper workup why ur BP is so accelerated?
Do u have any cardiac issue
Do u smoke
Has any member in ur family has hypertensive
Do u have diabetes
Do u have any kidney problem?
Kindly consult as an emergency thanks it will be stable after some i/v antihypertensive medicine
And Stat do ur ecg and electrolytes too thanks
