Asslam o alikum, from past few weeks i have been feeling pain in left side of my head only. pain is moderate but i feel pressure in my head when i stand. i have mild DNS as well.Also feel pressure in my left side of teeth. sometimes feel ringing in ears and pressure also. whats the reason?

no chest pain. yes nasal congestion mostly at night time due to nasal polyps. no ear infection so far just feeling pressure. i also have phelgum feeling in my throat
