Question

i am having headaches from past 3 weeks at the back of head mostly base of scalp sometimes the pain feels at the top of head and sometimes in temples, i also have phelgum and sometimes feel pressure in my nose below bridge of nose and also pain in one eye. no vomiting no other issue
