Talk to General Physician on Headache, Yawning, Heat
Asking For Self, Male 30, kharian
Salam, from past week, i am having the following symptoms, 1. Headache in base of skull and eyes 2. Excessive yawning (multiple times per minute) 3. Heat from the stomach. but no fever! 4. pain in Thighs. it increases especialy when i take my chin down to chest!
few days ago, i have eaten a bread from the envelope where rat's faeces were present...i dont know is it related or not...what should i do now?? i cant do my routine duties, plz suggest me...thanx
excessive yawning may be related not to having proper sleep
For headache if it's not sever u can take tab panadol four times a day
along with syp Gaviscon two teaspoon three times a day

relax n calm down
as it seems like ur anxious no need to worry take rest have proper sleep
avoid stale n outside food have healthy food walk daily for 45 min at least 5 times a week
keep urself busy
