Most probably its a sinusitis, but further investigations and inquiries are needed
It may be chronic that’s why i wrote further inquiries and investigations are needed, for that book your appointment

I believe you are experiencing sinusitis.
Try tab Arinac forte twice or even thrice a day
along with that take steam 3 to 4 times daily.
InshAllah you'll get better.
