I m 38 female. have 3 kids. 1 miscarriage. have high bp130/90 or 100/130.. cannot breathin completely. sometimes I force to deep breath. . I was in depression for 4 to 5 yearsfor some reason. that's why I used to sleep 10 to 13 hours or more in a day. but not now. I have no family history of high BP. I feel pulsation or kind of heart beat while laying on left side on side of ribs.

No history of cholesterol and diabetes alhumdolillah. And no breathing problem while activity and rest

for now do walk for 45 min a day for 5 days a week
try to keep yourself busy .
walk eat well take fruits lots of water n fruits.
be happy
paly with children take urself out of depression stay blessed stay happy
