Talk to General Physician on Hands Swelling During Sleep

I am 7 months pregnant, few weeks before my arms and hands used to get numb during sleeping, then it got better. Now from past few days my hands swell/get numb during sleep and fingers ache, even when i fell asleep for 5 to 10 minutes in car yesterday my hands started swelling again and fingers started aching, they get better when i wake up and move my fingers. My sleep is disturbed every night due to this. Please prescribe some solution.

restrict salt and ghee intake immediately contact for special antenatal examination
keep taking calcium iron supplements,
this conditions is associated with pregnancy, will be better afterwards.
it is carpal tunnel syndrom due to weight gain during pregnancy. if it is tolerable so tolerate it after delivery you will be OK, of not then visit a general physician, for treatment
just do walk regularly atleast for 30 minutes and dont sit while hanging down legs
this is because of your pregnancy induced carpal tunnel syndrome
please take appointment you need NCV to confirm diagnosis and than manage accordingly.
you need wrist splint to relieve pain
only painkiller you can use is paracetamol
tab neuromet Bd
and avoid salt excess
