Talk to General Physician on Gulten Intolerance

I am facing this problem from a month suddenly. When i eat wheat flour( in form of roti or cookies or cake) my stomach sounds so much. I could not understand why it happens. I didn't have this problem before. My stomach sounds all day and night. It is becoming a big problem because we don't get gluten free products here. Is there any medicine or treatment as it is so hard for me to give up on wheat flour now suddenly.
Syrup Dijex MP 2tsf tds and gluten free diet
do anti Ttg test if comes negative than can take wheat

Thank you. It will be hard but I will try. But what is the reason that i have this problem for no reason suddenly in a few weeks.

Ask your parents which milk you were taking during your infancy ? And you had gluten tolerance at that age or not ? Do you have some acute stress or anxiety nowadays?

i was not having this problem earlier. It started almost about 2 months ago from january. I, myself do not understand why it happened for no reason. I am taking wheat from my childhood and now it gives me this adverse reaction.

Skip milk while taking fine wheat. Mostly it works. Ideally you should your coeliac profile test for proper diagnosis and long term plans. Usually it is settled quite nicely with certain medicines as per clinical scenario.
