Talk to General Physician on General Physician

I was sick for about 40 days and I had a fever. Tests for typhoid, corona and malaria are negative but dr said it's corona suspected bcz i have corona common symptoms since then I've been dizzy all the time nd the mouth is bitter there is also a mild cough and feeling balgham.. Please guide me tht Do I have TB or not with these symptoms? and also recommend online medical specialist.. Thankx
