Three days back had a sore throat,and fever at 100.... after that facing dry cough,severe bodyache,fatigue,headache n nausea.....what to do....should i go for pcr test for covid

Syp Elferb 2 teaspoons three times a day
Tab Nuberol Forte 1 tab 2 times a day
