hello dear. she doesn't need to worry. it seems like part of post COVID sequelae. this infection can cause scars on the lungs which can cause cough and breathlessness for months or may be upto an year. all she needs to do is keep well hydrated, pain killers she can take for body aches, something like alp 0.5mg to relieve anxiety and sleep. you should discontinue leflox if there is no fever like 100 above. her saturations seems normal so everything seems under control. councel her regularly.good luck

Thanks for sharing ur concern. Did she recover totally when she had 3 negative tests and symptoms reappeared after a month of negative tests ? If it’s so then beware of reactivation. Can do a test again if she has a relapse of these symptoms. Advise her to minimise physical activity and talk less as she will feel more tired, breathless and have more cough upon that. Also avoid any smoky environment or pets around her as they can add to her symptoms. Complete 5 days course of leflox and take panadol (2+2+2) for 3-4 days or till fever subside. Avoid all soury and cold foods to avoid additional problem. Take steam and try to relax. Don’t take any medications to sleep as they can depress her respiratory system. Hope this helps, stay home stay stay safe. Can book an appointment to talk directly if needed.
