Patient should be asked one most important question.Is the patient having fever or burning micturition?If patient is having fever then he should have following investigations. 1.Blood culture and sensitivity.2.Urea creatinine and electrolytes.3.USG KUB Appropriate ANtibiotics should be started empirically by consulting a General Physician/infectious disease specialist if the patient is having fever.
