Assalamualaikum sir the problem is that dometimes it goes good without gas and constipation but sometimes i have gas and constipation so please recomend me something for this and second i think that i have leaky gut so i request you to please recommemd me good probiotics for this thanks alot in advcance
take tab colofac 3 times a day
add fiber in ur diet.
