Talk to General Physician on Frozen Shoulder

She has a severe frozen shoulders problem as well as mascular pain in her full body .. she also suffering from high blood pressure but through medicine now she cope up the blood pressure .. All these badly effected her stomach plz suggest some good ND experienced doctor near home we can't afford high fees .. I don't have any file of her
