Assallam O Allikum Mujhay urine bhut ata hai especially bedtime and also sometimes not regularly pain on my pelvic area and urge for urine but it come in small quantity. please anyone how can help me out

since how long you are suffering from this ? do you have gone under any lab tests for last 3 months ? other wise get your ,CBC, urine RE, fasting blood sugar, hba1c tests in fasting state.
