Foreign Travelling And COVID19

Question

Aoa. My brother have a Flight from KSA on 19th June, He is Not infected from Corona Virus yet as he have no symptoms and no contact with any infected person. What precautions he should take during flight and We are planning to have his PCR COVID test on his arrival. If someone contracts virus after how much time his COVID PCR test should be Positive? We have some Elders in our family who are sick and we don't want to take any risk (COVID). Immediate test after his arrival is Effective?

good precution during flight pre and post flight...social distancing as much as possible
immediate test will not benefit much...just isolate him for 3 days then do test if came negative then can start movment but He should use mask for at least a week in house and gathering
