Is it okay to take folic acid tablets daily? I'm unmarried and my mother asked me to take them for healthy hair and good skin.

u can take but this is not suitable for hair growth
There is no harm in taking folic acid. But if the concern is hair and skin, then go for good multivitamins and biotin.
