Pt presented with high grade fever with chills since 3 days Fever gradual in onset and rises upto 103• It gets back 98 after Panadol-day 1
No history of cough/SOB/sneezing/diarrhea/ hoarseness of voice/abdominal pain. He visited nearby OPD and was diagnosed as throat infection. His throat is full red in colour!! Kindly check his prescription. Fever wasn’t decreasing hence given ibuprofens last night and Augmentin dose increased to 600 mg. Fever is now stable!!
