my sister has a fever and it is not getting down what needs to be done as she is taking Panadol for 3 times

she is suffering from fever from Thursday rapid antegin test of covid came negative but fever is not getting down she is taking 2 panadol for 6 hours but when fever get down after few minutes it is going up
If fever is not settling . Go for NS1 dengue serology , CBC and quantitative CRP and also tell if you have any abdominal pain or sore throat
