Talk to General Physician on Fever

Salam doc, Aksar mujhay feel hota hai kay mujhay bohat zada fever hai but jab thermometer use karti hoon to us mein normal temperature aata hai.. Aksar meray father aur sis kay saath bhi aisay hi hota hai.. I want to ask why does this happen? And what should we do?
Nothing... its jus that sometimes u feel ur body remp more than normal but its jus a feeling... is there anything rlse like body pains, headache, lethargy? Do u feel it after some exercise?

Yes during fever I do feel tired all the time without doing anything n sometimes sleepy too..
