Talk to General Physician on Feeling Heat Coming Up To Head Perspiring Feeling In Winte In Minus Degrees

Dear docs i had typhoid fever in march2020 treated by variou docs with antibiotics and alot of percetamol n mefanic acid after fever vanished away i started to feel heat in my musles and burning in feets specially left leg i had blood culture and found no becteria after that doctor give one single dose of fansidar witch helped heat muscle cool down and then started pentoprazole 40 od and ecitalopram 10 od but here in Quetta it too cold but at times i feel heat gathering and coming upwards to head and take off my jackets n feel no cold at time perspiration and hotness in legs at night kindly help me out JazakAllah
