When i am in tensed situation for more than few days i start feeling dizzy alot have continuous headache and sometimes i feel zoned out meaning i start to feel the surroundings around me a little unreal and dream like.. what is this condition and what to do if it does not go away on its own

These symptoms only come when i am extremely tensed, besides these i also feel extremely tired and dont have energy to do any thing, and no i am not overworked i am working from home , but there are some personal life issues that alwys keep me stressed out and no one at home is supportive for me
