I only take nahar muun aloe vera suplement regularly..i use to smoke but quit 3 yrs bak. i dont think. i take all my meals. i work in oil&gas sector, 22 days at work and 8 days leave

you need to go see a dr personally who can evaluate you after complete history and physical examination and then diagnose appropriately
Respected Sir . From how long youre feeling these symptoms. Are you suffering from any disease like blood pressure. sugar or any heart disease including previous history of heart attack. any thyroid related issue . are you a smoker .

the unusual thing which happening in my life is that i have to urinate in night after every hour almost. though i drink water enough but never had dis issue before. i checked my sugar though but its completely normal. may be the disturbance in sleep pattern is doing all this? i dont know but i dont feel energatic all day
