Talk to General Physician on Fatigue, Fever And Pain

It's been a year, my abdomen started to swell...not normal..i had a flat belly... i went to doctor and he sad that I have some gastric issues.. nothing more. it's been some days...i am having too much pain in different areas of my abdomen.. sometimes it is rectal pain.. sometime i can not even locate the area of pain.. sometimes too much in stomach, now a days, it is paining in my back and abdomen too much. I feel tired and fatigued...i am okay when it is day..at evening i start feeling cold...and tired...i barely keep my neck straight..it keep falling on one side..and my abdomen is getting swellen too much.. i don't know what is going on...
