Talk to General Physician on Excessive Burping And Need To Take Deep Breaths

person-avatar

Asking For Self, Female, 30 Years old, Lahore

For the past of months, there are times in the day where I feel the need to take deep breaths and which are followed by multiple burps and then a yawn or so. I feel the need to breathe deeply a couple of times because I feel as if the air didn’t get to my lungs. I feel fine otherwise, I exercise regularly, jog almost everyday for 30 minutes, don’t feel any pain or anything. This just has been bothering me for a while and wanted to know why it’s happening.

thank you for sharing you concerns dear. burping is a not a symptom we should worry about but i agree it could be embarrassing at times. i think the altered eating routine in ramzan could be a cause. some of the foods which can cause bloating are channa, potatos or if you are consuming lots of water melon. anyway it could be settled once the ramzan is over and you return to normal eating habits. meanwhile you can take syp digex MP 1 teaspoon before each meal and cap. risek 20mg before meal once a day. good luck
