i just feel to much thirsty all the time. blood test report suggets that their is excess of homeglobin in my blood but dont know y i always feel thirsty

How much is hemoglobin?
May need to check blood smear and absolute count. If not conclusive need to do Bone marrow test.
Also need to check urine for Bence Jones proteins and Renal function tests. Erythropoietin level too.
