Assalamu alaikum. I had too much cough with slight pain in throat while swallowing. Taking azomax 500 MG once... For how many days shall I take. Also advise syrrup for cough. It's worsened. Mostly dry sometimes little phlegm... Age 41 female

Take warm saline gargle
Take antiallergic drug
get nebulization or take steam.

Dont worry.... I will advise u a cough syrup and best medication for your throat problem.... Azomax is not a good antibiotic used in throat problems.... Dont take azomax.
Stop azomax after 3 days . You can add anti allergy tablet once daily .Do saline gargles and take steam inhalation from plain water. Thanks
