Asking For Brother, Male 18, Karachi
My brother is having Dengue Fever from past 3 days. His Platelets and WBC are decreasing from normal range. kindly recommend remedy for that. Reports are attached FYR.

just hydrate him who said papaya seed or leaf increase the platelets what he need is just hydrate him

Ok Doctor, one more thing I want to ask that My father was having fever from last 4-5 days, I've done his CBC test yesterday afternoon, and report showed platelets count of only 15k, which was shocking news for me. Even Yesterday his condition was better alhamdulillah, no fever, no vomiting, no bleeding etc, just weakness, but still low platelets.

So I took him to Jinnah Hospital Emergency in night, where doctors again did CBC, Dengue , Malaria Test, and result showed 12k platelets & dengue +ve. Doctors gave drips to him and asked us to arrange the platelets for him, and we had arranged 4 bags of platelets for him which they transfused in mid night and after that they discharged him in morning and asked to do CBC test again from outside. At 4 p.m I did CBC test, now platelets increased to 20k. Please let me know what should I do now as I am very worried about my father.

Rest the patient.
Give him salted fluids.
For fever ,take Pandol tab 2 tablets 4 to 6hourly.
Check BP,Pulse pressure and CBC every day till stable.
Watch out for dehydration. h

What is the last CBC platelet report. Both your brother and father should be in recovery phase now.

Yup, Alhamdulillah there condition is much better now. Brother's & Father's last CBCs are 214k & 272k respectively.
