Hello Doctors please help me! Patient is suffering from dengue since last week he got drips and medicines but now the recent report from Chugtai lab shows the platelets count 89. please explain what it shows? and what to do next?
If the patient is asymptomatic do cbc regularly and look for HCT and platelets count if decreasing continuously go for offline checkup if not then wait for few days u ll be alright IA
