How long it will take for mild cystitis to go? My doctor advised me Ciprofloxacin 250 mg tiwce a day for 5 days
5-7 days if u did urine C/S

Cystitis is inflammation of urinary bladder. If cause is bacterial infection. First thing is Urine detailed report followed by Urine Culture and Sensitivity report. If ciprofloxacin is given based on culture report the infection should clear within a week. But if source is prostatic than antibiotics may be required for few more weeks.
Your age and weight i think 20mg is not proper dosage also share your symptoms and investigations.
