Aoa Drs ! Pls have a look at this Xray of covid positive patient & help in this regard. Its his 7th day of isolation & no fever since 2 days.
Xray is normal
it's completely fine.
Just take multivitamins and Vitamin D,no need any antibiotics just wait and see if you get any symptoms then review with a doctor
Keep observing. Get a pulse oximeter and keep checking Oxygen saturation daily. It should be more than 94%
continue with thr treatment you are following .Incase of breathless or fall of oxygen concentration contact your doctor or hospital.

Thank you dr. His saturation is 96% and temperature is normal now. Pls suggest when can he end his isolation
