Talk to General Physician on Covid Positive

I had the first symptom on 3rd June, and since then I am in Isolation. I had 103 fever at the start which eventually came down after 2 days. But since 21 days, my fever is constantly between 37.2 to 37.5. It is not coming below 37 since 18 days? Is it normal?

I got myself tested at 11th June, and today, 16 days will be completed. But I am in Isolation since 25 days since I had the first symptom.

Can I come out of Isolation? Because there a lil bit of pain left in my throat.

I completely lost my smell and taste after 2-3 days of fever, and and after 22-23 days, I hardly got it back 20-30%. How much time will it take to be back?

After all this, can I discontinue my isolation?
