Talk to General Physician on Cough With Mucus

Dear doctors i have dry cough for 2 3 days. i have a history of mucus. it causes heaviness in the chest. phlegm color is dark green. when i cough i feel heaviness and slight pain on chest. i have had this issue before in the past. usually it happen due to dust or weather changes. i get flu cough fever. but this phlegm problem is too old. kindly suggest something.
